In November 2002, Blane Goodman Funeral Service, LLC established itself in Mequon. Along with my father, Burton Goodman, and son, Charles Goodman, I am part of a team of the only licensed Jewish funeral service professionals in Wisconsin.

As a family-operated business that is part of our community and is focused on individualized service and quality care, Blane Goodman Funeral Service, LLC wants to be a resource for the community. In addition to providing funeral services, I have created a unique approach to planning and arranging so families can make difficult decisions in a comfortable environment. While some of you already may have made advance funeral arrangements with other funeral homes, I can assist families with the transfer of those prearranged plans to Blane Goodman Funeral Service, LLC.

My background includes more than 25 years of experience in the funeral industry, assisting thousands of families. In 1981, I received my funeral director license from the State of Wisconsin. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Associate Degree in Funeral Service from Milwaukee Area Technical College, which has the only funeral service degree program in Wisconsin.
