Stone, Anita (nee Winick) died peacefully at home December 6, 2017, at the age of 82. Anita was born in Des Moines, Iowa to Ida and Sam Winick. She attended the University of Minnesota and moved to Milwaukee to begin her career in teaching. She is survived by her loving children Nancy (Scott) Phillips and James (Helena) Stone, and her adoring grandchildren Andrew and Stephanie Phillips; Simcha, Shimon, Eli, and Adina Stone. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert and her loving son Steven. Graveside services 10 AM Friday, December 8, 2017, at Spring Hill Cemetery, 166 S. Hawley Ct., Milwaukee. Memorials to Ohr HaTorah Jewish Heritage Center 7020 N Green Bay Ave, Glendale, WI 53209 or The Friendship Circle of Wisconsin, 500 W Silver Spring Drive #K-200, Glendale, WI 53217. The family will see friends after burial until 2 PM Friday and 7-9 PM Saturday at 2300 W Applewood Lane, Glendale.
